The new zone, Reisenjima, has fields full of FLYING PIGS. You have to at least log in to see that.

So this has been long overdue but better late than never, right? :P

As some of you may or may not know, my mom got diagnosed with lung cancer a couple of months ago. Surgery was successfully done about a month ago and luckily it was stage 1 so no danger of cancer spreading. She also suffered a stroke a few days after the surgery but luckily it happened while she was in the hospital so she was able to come out from that big scare. Overall, she's doing OK now! She's back home and almost back to her full health.

I know I left the game unexpectedly a couple months back and ever since then, I've been super busy IRL as you can imagine. With the way everything is going now, sadly I don't believe I'll ever log onto FFXI again :'( So this is my goodbye to the game, and most importantly playing with you guys. This game became a better part of my late teenage life for many years back when it first came out, I have many fond memories of our adventures together that I won't ever forget. Thanks to Vero and Ari for letting us know about the whole "Back to Vanadiel" campaign, I was able to relive that nostalgia again, albeit for a few months. But in the end it was worth playing with you guys and reliving those memories from years ago.

With that being said, a big THANK YOU to each of you for the wonderful playing time together! :D You guys are awesome and amazing, if I could hang out and see you guys in real life one day it would be an absolute pleasure!! I have some of you on my Facebook so we can always keep in touch through there (if not, my addy is www.facebook.com/aliuslatus). I also have WhatsApp on my iPhone so feel free to add my number and we can always keep in touch through messages too!! (+19173196823).
